Delivery & Returns
Delivery - We send everything out first class & aim to despatch on the same day your order is placed (unless a later delivery date is requested). Please allow 2 - 5 days delivery time - you will be notified by email as soon as the goods are sent. Certificates are sent out in Please do not bend envelopes and other goods in padded envelopes - please let us know if you would like your gift sent in unmarked packaging.

1) All prices are in GBP sterling, U.S. dollars, or Euros as stated. Prices are inclusive of all delivery charges. You may pay by most major credit/debit cards with payment processing being provided by Worldpay. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. We will inform you of any changes.

2) You have a right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days provided that your goods have not been dispatched. If goods have been despatched please contact us to arrange the return of the goods and payment of all costs associated with their delivery.

3) Damaged or Faulty Goods. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made promptly by calling 01835 822356. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund your card if we believe the goods are damaged or faulty. Return postage costs will be reimbursed if a receipt of postage is included.

4) Returning Goods. If you wish to return goods for any reason other than they are damaged or faulty, then you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange the item or refund your card (we are unable to refund carriage) less a 15% fee to cover our existing postage and processing costs. Your return can be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction. Please note that we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 7 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it.

5) Donkeyheaven.org uses the Worldpay payment gateway to process your payment details. We do not at any stage view or store your card details and all information supplied to us is used solely by donkeyheaven.org to process your order. We never pass your details on to third parties except for payment processing. Payments by credit card are protected against fraud.

6) These terms and conditions do not affect your legal or statutory rights.
