Sad to report the death of Millie who died on Saturday morning 6th March with sudden liver failure. Millie is sadly missed at the sanctuary having been one of the first donkeys to arrive in 2003. Millie was a real character and favourite with the visitors having arrived from Blackpool where she was a beach donkey for a number of years.

In July 2006 Mllie as you will know gave birth to Lilly who is still resident here at the sanctuary.
